本團契的聚會總是在偶數月的第一个星期四舉行，一年一共有六次会议。
本團契工作人員在奇數月開會，討論、策劃、和制定本團契的各个事項。
除了策划这些雙月一次的團契聚會外，本團契還组織一年一度的复活節聯合晨曦禮拜，以促进跨教會的敬拜和團契。

The meeting always falls on the first Thursday of even months, 6 meetings in a year.
The officers will meet on odd months to discuss and strategize all aspects of the Fellowship.
Apart from planning these bi-monthly Fellowship meetings, the Fellowship also organizes the annual Joint Easter Sunrise Service in order to promote inter-church worship and fellowship.
The Fellowship also plans and co-ordinates the Joint Evangelistic and Revival meetings every other year.
